Job Description

Job Title: US (Blended) (Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice/Chat/Email or Blended process)

 

Location: Noida, Sector 60

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: US – Chat, Email & Voice

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle US customer queries via chat, email, and voice.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet quality & productivity targets.
  • Follow process, compliance, and customer service standards.

 

Eligibility

  • Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice/Chat/Email or Blended process
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

 

Shift & Salary

  • 5 days working | Rotational shifts & offs | 10-hour shifts
  • ₹ ₹29,400 In-hand (6 months – 1 year experience)
  • ₹ ₹34,800 In-hand (1+ year experience)
