JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Get the candidates for the required positions by search though online, offline, networking, social networking and various other means for talent search. Create a pool of candidates for the current available positions as well as future positions.
• Complete the recruitment cycle by giving the candidate’s immaculate information for job requirement and prepare them for the interview, Coordinate for the interview Schedule, Ensure that Candidates appears for the interview and get the feedback of the said candidate.
• Meet consistently established metrics for productivity, monthly goals, client satisfaction quality, candidates quality and consistency
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and also standards.
