Planet Health, presently operates a chain of 39 stores across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand and Vadodara in Gujarat.

Job Summary:

·        Responsible for sales in the store, achieving the Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets

·        Responsible for P& L of the store.

·        Cost monitoring and ensuring expenditure is within the budget allocated.

·        Maintaining the Cash Flow, controlling the expenses and increase the profits.

·        Analyzing the fast moving and the slow moving products and working on them accordingly.

·        Effective & attractive Visual merchandising of products.

·        Carrying out promotional activities for generating a higher number of footfalls in the store.

·        To establish brand and customer loyalty.

·        Placing order with the distribution department for merchandise requirement based on sales.

·        Conduct market research to determine the brand position and competitive strength across different markets.

·        Provide and maintain high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for young ,dynamic,enterprising experienced/fresh manager.who are fired with zeal to do well in retail sector & carve out a niche for themselves.if you have the desire to excel in retail,this is your destination.
