Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Employee RelationsFoster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Performance ManagementDevelop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Identify and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Training & DevelopmentAssess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and leadership development initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
- Compensation & BenefitsAdminister compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
- Ensure payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- HR ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage workplace health, safety, and risk management initiatives.
- Strategic HR ManagementDevelop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
