Job Description


  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Employee RelationsFoster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Performance ManagementDevelop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
  • Identify and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Training & DevelopmentAssess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
  • Compensation & BenefitsAdminister compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
  • Ensure payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • HR ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage workplace health, safety, and risk management initiatives.
  • Strategic HR ManagementDevelop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
