Job Description

JD FOR Facility Executive - Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across airport terminals, lounges, offices, washrooms, and common areas

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per airport authority guidelines

• Monitor housekeeping staff deployment, attendance, grooming, and productivity

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and quality standards

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of housekeeping areas

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for manpower, materials, and equipment

• Ensure availability and proper usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery

• Handle passenger or stakeholder complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and MIS reports

• Support compliance with safety, fire, and statutory requirements

• Assist during peak hours, VIP movements, and special events
