Job Description

Set up and operate thread rolling machines (flat die or planetary type) to produce screws and threaded parts according to specifications.

Adjust tooling and machine settings to ensure accurate thread dimensions.

Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify quality.

Troubleshoot and maintain machines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance staff to meet production goals.
