Job Title: Operations Assistant (Male)

Role Overview:The Operations Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of BTL marketing campaigns while ensuring smooth operational workflows, vendor management, and field team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing activities, activations, events, and promotional campaigns.

1. Coordinate with operations, sales, client servicing, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance to ensure timely completion.
3. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and campaign performance trackers.
4. Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Support vendor management, including quotations, negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.
6. Assist in manpower planning, resource allocation, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
7. Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes across all projects.
8. Handle issue escalation, troubleshooting, and coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
9. Support post-campaign reporting, performance reviews, and recommendations for process improvement.
