Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Telesales Executives who can build strong customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and contribute to our growing sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the Steel, Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, Cement, Hardware, or Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
