We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Telesales Executives who can build strong customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and contribute to our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order execution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills.
• Good customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in the Steel, Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, Cement, Hardware, or Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
