Job Description

  • Outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI/payment.
  • Remind customers about pending dues and encourage timely payment.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
  • Resolve basic customer queries related to payments.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Gujarati/English is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
