Site Civil Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 6 Months (Probation Period)

Education Requirements: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹ 13,000-25,000/month

Job Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution
• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and schedule.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols at the site.
• Monitor and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Inspect construction materials and verify measurements to meet project specifications.
• Project Coordination & Reporting
• Maintaining daily progress reports and site records, including material consumption and work completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and senior engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely communication of site challenges and requirements to management.
• Assist in developing construction documentation, including schedules and material lists.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets required standards and codes.
• Implement and maintain safety measures to prevent workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and construction guidelines.

Skill(s) Required

• AutoCAD, Estimation & Billing, Quantity Surveying
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Site Supervision & Material Management
• Bike Riding (for site visits)

2. Are available for a duration of 12 months or more.
3. Are from or open to relocating to Bangalore, Mysore.
4. Have relevant skills and a strong interest in construction site management.
