Job Description
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer database and order tracking sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Handle basic client queries and route technical or commercial issues to the concerned department.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to share insights with the sales team.
