Job Title: B2B SaaS Sales Partner (Software for CA Firms) – Uncapped Commission
Location: Remote / Flexible
Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Only
Earning Potential: Uncapped (20% Commission on all sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Partner to spearhead the growth of our cutting-edge software, designed specifically to streamline operations for Chartered Accountancy (CA) firms.
If you are a natural communicator who loves closing deals and wants the freedom to dictate your own income, this is the perfect opportunity.
Please note: This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only role with no fixed base salary. You will have complete autonomy over your hours, and your earnings will be a direct reflection of your drive and success.
What You Will Do
· Prospect and Pitch: Cold call and actively reach out to CA firms to introduce our software solution.
· Demonstrate Value: Clearly communicate the product's value proposition and how it solves specific pain points for accounting professionals.
· Close Deals: Guide prospects through the entire sales pipeline—from the initial introduction to successfully signing them up for a subscription.
· Build a Pipeline: Manage your leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
The Compensation Structure
We offer a highly lucrative and transparent commission structure. You will earn a flat 20% commission on every successful conversion:
· Monthly Subscriptions: You receive 20% of the client's first-month subscription fee.
· Annual Subscriptions (High Ticket): You receive 20% of the total annual subscription value paid upfront when the client signs up for a yearly plan.
· There is absolutely no cap on your earnings. The more firms you bring on board, the more you take home.

· Exceptional Communicator: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to confidently speak with CAs and business owners.
· Resilient & Persistent: Comfortable with cold calling, overcoming objections, and handling rejection gracefully.
· Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or a basic understanding of the accounting/finance industry will give you a significant advantage.
