Job Description
Drives business growth by promoting electrical equipment (like power and distribution transformers), managing B2B customer relationships, and generating high-value commercial leads. Generate technical inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs) from potential B2B clients. Resolve commercial queries and act as the primary touchpoint for post-order updates and client satisfaction. Prepare commercial proposals, formal quotes, and technical specification sheets. Track order delivery timelines to guarantee that finished transformers undergo testing and are dispatched promptly. Represent the company at industrial electrical trade shows, exhibitions, and engineering seminars.
