Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, connect with potential clients, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships over phone calls.


Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and generated leads.

● Introduce the company's services and understand client requirements.

● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.

● Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

● Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or lead management system.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

● Coordinate with the marketing team on incoming leads and campaigns.

● Handle client queries professionally and provide relevant information about the company's services.


Required Skills

● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

● Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

● Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

● Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


Preferred Qualifications

● 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or business development.

● Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
