Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales through calls, emails, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital platforms.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare sales reports and share daily activity updates.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
