• Counsel students and IT Professionals help them choose the right career path

• Explain how MicroDegree programs can help them grow professionally

• Manage the complete sales cycle – from connecting with leads to final enrolment

• Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings

• Update and manage lead status in CRM

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Tele-Sales / Academic Counselling / Career Counselling

• Experience in B2C sales (Ed-Tech preferred)

• Strong communication skills in Kannada & English

• Ability to handle leads and convert them into enrolments
