Job Description
✅ Land title verification and legal due diligence
✅ Review of sale deeds, agreements, ECs, and land records
✅ Coordination with registration, revenue, and survey departments
✅ Drafting and reviewing legal documents
✅ Managing legal compliance and documentation
✅ Liaising with advocates and government authorities
✅ Supporting property registrations and land acquisitions
Requirements:
✔ LLB Degree
✔ 2-5 years of experience in real estate/property legal work
✔ Knowledge of Telangana land laws and registration procedures
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Telugu and English proficiency preferred
