Job Description
HR Executive (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Administration)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll inputs, performance management, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and wellness initiatives.
- Support a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (CA firm experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an added advantage.
