About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Customer Relationship Manager to support customers throughout their car-buying journey at the retail hub. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable vehicles, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process.
• Showcase vehicle features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Support inventory management and hub operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Sales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidate must know how to drive a four-wheeler.
