Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be visiting retail shops, merchants, and small businesses to onboard them onto our QR Code payment platform and promote financial products including Business Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Business Accounts.
This is a field-based role requiring daily market visits and direct merchant interactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesQR Code DeploymentVisit assigned market areas and retail shops.
- Onboard merchants and install QR Codes at their premises.
- Explain QR payment benefits and activation process.
- Ensure successful activation and usage of QR Codes.
- Financial Product SalesGenerate leads and sales for:
- Business Loans
- Personal Loans
- Credit Cards
- Insurance Products
- Business Current Accounts
- Other Financial Services Products
- Merchant Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with merchants.
- Resolve merchant queries and provide support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase product adoption.
- ReportingMaintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Update CRM/mobile application with merchant details.
- Submit daily performance updates to reporting managers.
