Back Office Coordinator – Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Operations / Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp communication with clients, supervisors, and staff.
- Draft, send, and monitor official emails.
- Coordinate with BMC officials and maintain related communication records.
- Receive, verify, and maintain site photographs and work updates.
- Share site photographs and progress reports with clients and management as required.
- Coordinate regularly with supervisors and indoor office staff for smooth execution of work.
- Follow up with field staff for daily updates, attendance, and required documents.
- Maintain records of work status, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other office records.
- Ensure timely communication between office staff, field staff, and management.
- Assist in filing, documentation, and other administrative activities.
- Perform additional back-office and coordination tasks assigned by management.
