Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled CNC Automatic Router Operator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC routing machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of setting up machines, reading technical drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and maintaining production quality while meeting daily production targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC Automatic Router machines.
• Set up machines, load materials, and perform tool changes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production plans.
• Ensure accurate cutting and machining as per specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
• Maintain production records and follow quality standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.
• Requirements3–5 years of experience as a CNC Router Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and machine setup.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand dimensions.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and measuring tape.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
• Preferred a related field.
• Experience in furniture, woodworking, aluminum, acrylic, signage, or modular manufacturing industries is an advantage.
