Role Summary

As a Service Advisor at WagenWerkz, you will act as the primary point of contact between our valued clients and our expert technical team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, advising on necessary repairs, performance upgrades, and maintenance, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience from drop-off to delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication: Greet customers, actively listen to their automotive concerns, and accurately document their specific requests and vehicle symptoms.
• Estimates & Approvals: Prepare detailed repair orders, calculate accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and time, and obtain customer approval before any work begins.
• Technical Liaison: Translate customer problems into clear, actionable technical instructions for the mechanics and body shop technicians.
• Workflow Tracking: Monitor the progress of vehicles through the workshop, ensuring deadlines are met. Promptly communicate any delays or additional required repairs to the customer.
• Quality Assurance: Review the completed work and perform a final walk-around of the vehicle before hand-over to ensure it meets WagenWerkz’s exacting standards.
• Sales & Consultation: Advise customers on routine maintenance, performance modifications, or restorative work based on the vehicle's condition, manufacturer guidelines, and the owner’s goals.

• Required Skills & Qualifications Automotive Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of automobiles. Familiarity with premium European brands, performance tuning, and vintage/classic vehicle mechanics is highly preferred

Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or similar customer-facing role in the automotive repair industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex mechanical issues to non-technical vehicle owners.

Customer Service: High level of professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset tailored to premium car owners.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment.

• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is an added advantage.
