Sales Executive Job Description:

Position: Sales Executive.

Job Location: Tumkur. (Karnataka State)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in above mentioned region. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience in the building material industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for Ceramic & Vitrified Tiles of sizes 80x160, 60x120, and 60x60 and wall tiles 300x450, 300x600, 300x300 and Parking 405x 405.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.
5. Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
8. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
9. Provide training, guidance, and support to junior sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
10. Travel across the district to visit project sites, meet clients, and build a strong dealer network for the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of 2-5 years in sales, preferably in the building material industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across the District.
7. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and sales-driven individual.
8. Knowledge of Ceramic & Vitrified Tiles and the construction industry is desirable.
