Job Opening – Admin & HR Executive


Company: Mazhil Cabs Travels

Location: Trichy Branch(Address: 1/19 Pudukkottai Main road, roundana, near Mathur, Mathur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu 622515)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Travel Industry Preferred)


Job Summary


Mazhil Cabs Travels is looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Admin & HR Executive to manage customer enquiries, office administration, and HR support for our Trichy branch.


Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.

Make outbound calls for booking confirmations, customer follow-ups, and feedback.

Coordinate with customers regarding trip schedules, pickup details, and driver information.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain customer records, booking details, invoices, and office files.

Prepare quotations, trip sheets, and daily operational reports.

Coordinate with drivers for trip assignments and duty schedules.

Manage office administration and maintain confidential documents.

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.

Handle WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and branch communication.

Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Travels, Taxi, Tours & Travels, or Transport company is preferred.

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.

Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Trichy only (Local candidates preferred).

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Salary & Benefits
