Educational Counsellor (Admissions & Sales)Company: StudyHub | Synergy School of Business Skills (Synergy SBS)

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Educational Counsellor who is passionate about counselling and sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding StudyHub memberships and professional training programs.
  • Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads, and Google leads.
  • Understand each student's requirements and recommend the most suitable package or course.
  • Conduct centre tours and explain facilities, pricing, and membership benefits.
  • Follow up with prospective students until admission or membership conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and payments using CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding batch schedules and student onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students before and after enrolment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve student queries.
  • Participate in promotional activities, educational events, and marketing campaigns whenever required.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in achieving targets.
  • Good telecalling and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Preferred QualificationAny Graduate (MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage).
  • Experience0–3 years of experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, EdTech, Coaching Institutes, or Training Institutes.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • LanguagesEnglish – Mandatory
  • Kannada – Preferred
  • Hindi – Preferred
  • Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Performance Expectations (KPIs)Handle 50–80 outbound calls daily.
  • Respond promptly to all walk-in, WhatsApp, Meta, and Google enquiries.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales and follow-up reports.
  • Deliver a professional counselling experience that results in high student satisfaction and strong referral generation.
