Job Description

Production Engineer / Production SupervisorCompany: TEKEQ India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Peenya, Bengaluru

Experience: 6–10 Years

Industry: Sheet Metal Fabrication

Salary: Best in the Industry

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor daily production activities.
  • Supervise sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
  • Manage shop floor manpower and maintain production efficiency.
  • Ensure safety, 5S, and process compliance.
  • RequirementsDiploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 6–10 years of experience in the Sheet Metal Fabrication industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding, laser cutting, CNC bending, and assembly processes.
  • Experience in shop floor management and production planning.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately.
