HR Recruiter

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations

• Prepare job descriptions and post them on relevant job portals

2. Sourcing & Screening:

• Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability

3. Interview Coordination:

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders for feedback

• Ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the process

4. Offer & Negotiation:

• Handle salary discussions and negotiate offers within the company budget

• Roll out offer letters and ensure acceptance from candidates

• Maintain proper documentation and records

5. Candidate Management:

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

6. Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports

• Track metrics such as closures, TAT, and sourcing effectiveness
