Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in GST calculations, GST return preparation, and statutory compliance. Prepare and maintain MIS reports in Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding balances. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Organize and maintain accounting documents and financial records. Assist senior accounts personnel in audit and taxation-related work. Required Skills • Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred). Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. Positive attitude with willingness to learn. Qualifications •Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance. Experience with accounting software and MS Office.
