Job Description
Role Objective To manage front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Bangalore office while delivering a professional experience to employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. • Welcome guests and ensure proper visitor registration and access management. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments. • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor arrangements. • Maintain front office appearance and ensure a professional office environment. • Oversee daily office administration and facility management activities. • Coordinate with building management for maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utility-related requirements. • Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and inventory levels. • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security services, repairs, AMC services, and other office requirements. • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office infrastructure, equipment, and assets. • Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management activities. • Support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements when required. • Maintain records related to administration, assets, invoices, and vendor contracts. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities from an administrative perspective. • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and office procedures. • Assist HR and Finance teams with administrative documentation and coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Administration, or Facilities
