Job Description
Job title: Back Office Executive — Customer Support Executive
The Back Office Executive will support end‑to‑end back‑office activities across the teams for the on shore site. The role focuses on SAP reports providing timely administrative support to field and operations teams.
Required qualifications:
Graduate degree (Bachelor’s) in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years experience in back‑office, supply‑chain support, accounts operations, or logistics administration—experience in food distribution or FMCG is an advantage.
Skills and attributes
Strong MS Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, basic data cleaning and charting.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and comfortable learning internal tools.
Good English communication: clear written and spoken skills for emails, reports, and cross‑team coordination.
