👉🏻Process for MALE - Sales/Marketing (Calling 50% & Field 50%)

Role & responsibilities
- Male should have 2 wheeler
- Male - should do 40% calling in office & 60% field work (Login in site & can do activities)
- Female - Complete Phone calling (Inside Office)
- Make outbound calls to leads assigned through Salesforce CRM
- Understand customer requirements and provide project details clearly
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers until site visit completion
- Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in Salesforce
- Follow up with walk-ins and digital leads (portals, campaigns, referrals)
