Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying potential students, generating enquiries, converting leads into admissions, building relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, and contributing to the institute's overall business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, educational events, digital platforms, and networking.
• Meet prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate organizations to promote training programs.
• Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, certifications, fees, and placement support.
• Convert leads into admissions by providing effective counselling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and business partners.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, career guidance programs, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for smooth admission processing.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.
