Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

* Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings.

* Support internal and external audits.

* Maintain vendor and customer account records.

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
