• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Eligibility12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (depending on the process).
• Good communication skills in English; regional language skills may be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
