Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Chesa's dental equipment, expanding the dealer network, generating new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits and lead generation.
• Meet dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, institutions, and distributors.
• Promote Chesa's range of dental equipment and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (Science/Biomedical background is an added advantage).
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in medical devices, dental products, healthcare equipment, or capital equipment sales is preferred.
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
