About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing sales teams (Field Sales & Inside Sales). This role is central to building our sales force across Surat and other cities, while also keeping office operations running smoothly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringSource and hire candidates for Field Sales and Inside Sales roles.
• Approach colleges, universities, and institutes for campus hiring / referral tie-ups.
• Plan and execute hiring drives in multiple cities for field sales expansion.
• Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate the full hiring pipeline.
• Onboarding & TrainingOnboard new hires — documentation, induction, and company policy walkthrough.
• Conduct basic-level training for new sales hires (product basics, company process, tools).
• HR OperationsMaintain attendance records and prepare regular HR/attendance reports.
• Track field sales team activity (visits, check-ins, daily reporting compliance).
• Organize and coordinate internal meetings (scheduling, logistics, minutes if needed).
• Plan employee engagement activities to keep team morale and culture strong.
• Office AdministrationHandle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
• Ensure all office facilities and supplies are well-maintained and available (stationery, systems, seating, internet, etc.).

Experience

1–3 years in HR/recruitment preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Should be willing to travel occasionally for city-wise hiring drives

Attitude

Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple tasks (hiring + admin + reporting)
