Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the distribution network within the assigned territory. The role involves developing Super Stockists and Distributors, achieving sales targets, managing key customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Appoint and manage Super Stockists and Distributors in the assigned region.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and sales initiatives.
- Implement promotional activities and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
