Insurance Agent/Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for understanding clients' financial needs and recommending the right insurance policies (Life, Health, or General Insurance) to protect their future. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Assess clients' financial needs, current risk coverage, and future goals to recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Business Development: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and company-provided databases to expand the client base.
• Policy Management: Guide clients through the entire policy application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, assisting them with policy renewals, mid-term changes, and the claims process.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
