Job Description
- Strong branch operations and gold loan management skills, including customer onboarding, documentation, appraisal coordination, and loan disbursement.
- Experience in sales and business development for retail lending products, with the ability to achieve branch targets and implement local marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Sound understanding of NBFC regulations, KYC norms, credit, risk management practices, and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
- Leadership and people management abilities to guide, train, and motivate branch teams, along with effective delegation and performance monitoring.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Comfort with technology-driven operations, including use of core lending systems, digital platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related discipline; relevant experience in gold loans or retail lending is highly preferred.
