Role Overview

Krafts is seeking a seasoned and highly resourceful Senior Purchase Executive with over a decade of experience to lead procurement operations for our interior contracting business. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality interior materials, negotiating competitive pricing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries to multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Sourcing: Procure interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, lighting, fabrics, etc.) per project specs.
• Vendor Management: Source, onboard, and maintain a robust network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Price Negotiation: Secure the best commercial terms, discount structures, and payment timelines.
• Site Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with site engineers to ensure materials arrive on time, preventing project delays.
• Billing Verification: Reconcile purchase orders (POs) with vendor bills before forwarding them to accounts.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of solid procurement experience specifically within Interior Contracting, Architecture, or Construction.
• Languages: Complete fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (essential for handling local markets and diverse vendors).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, cost-estimation tracking, and familiarity with material quality standards.
