Job Description

We’re Hiring – Front Office Executive (Male)


Company: Royal Treat Party Hall

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore


Job Responsibilities


* Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

* Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.

* Explain party hall packages and services.

* Manage event bookings and maintain the booking calendar.

* Follow up with customers to confirm bookings.

* Coordinate with customers to ensure a smooth booking experience.

* Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.


Eligibility


* Male candidates only

* Education: SSLC (10th Pass) or above.

* Basic computer knowledge is required.

* Good communication skills in Kannada (English and Hindi are an added advantage).

* Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

* Experience in reception, front office, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.


Salary


₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)


Work Timing


10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (One weekly off)
