Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Bankrota, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
Burger Farm India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive to support the end-to-end supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, procurement coordination, logistics management, vendor communication, and ensuring timely product availability across all Burger Farm outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of raw materials and packaging items.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatches.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouses and stores to fulfill daily stock requirements.
- Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or excess inventory.
- Resolve supply chain issues related to shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly SCM reports.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Support cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in the QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
