Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any subject

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon & Flipkart seller panel operations.

Strong knowledge of account operations, claim process, return orders, dispatch & inventory management.

Skilled in product listing, cataloging, and Excel work.

Fast typing speed with ability to maintain data trackers and records.

Good communication skills with experience in email drafting and correspondence.

Basic designing skills on Canva for product creatives.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller panels efficiently.

Handle claims, returns, and ensure smooth dispatch & inventory flow.

Create and update product listings with accurate cataloging.

Maintain Excel trackers for data management and reporting.

Draft professional emails and coordinate with teams/vendors.

Design simple creatives on Canva for product promotions.
