Job Description
Calendar & Meeting Management: Oversee the MD's diary, schedule appointments, prioritize urgent requests, and prepare agendas.
Correspondence & Communication: Screen and handle incoming emails, phone calls, and mail, often drafting responses on the MD's behalf.
Travel Coordination: Organize detailed, multi-city travel itineraries, including flights, visas, and hotel accommodations.
Reporting & Research: Gather data, compile reports, and draft presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, board members, and senior staff
