Job Description

Field Sales Executive – FMCG

Nandi Printers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Sales Executives to sell our playing card brands across distributors, wholesalers, retailers and recreational clubs. Responsibilities include dealer appointments, order collection, market visits, competitor analysis and achieving sales targets. Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG/General Trade Sales. Salary ₹25k–30k + TA + Incentives. Kannada & English required. Two-wheeler preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Visit distributors, wholesalers and retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Appoint new dealers and increase market coverage.
  • Promote and sell our range of paper and plastic playing cards.
  • Generate business from recreational clubs, resorts and gaming clubs.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and collection targets.
  • Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
  • Ensure product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
  • Submit daily visit reports through mobile/WhatsApp.
