Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Operations ExecutiveLocation: Office-based
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Eligibility12th Pass or Graduate
- Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
- Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided for the remaining responsibilities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesStock management and inventory maintenance.
- Billing and invoice preparation.
- Basic accounts entry in Tally.
- Payment follow-up with customers and vendors.
- Delivery coordination and follow-up.
- Maintaining records and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Tally.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
