Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Identify potential clients and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business proposals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle client escalations and resolve business-related issues.

Lead Generation & Market Research

Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with marketing, operations, creative, and technical teams for project execution.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong sales and business development expertise.

Ability to build relationships and close deals.

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
