Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Steward to support daily restaurant operations. The role involves assisting with guest service, table management, cleanliness, and coordination with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant service operations with efficiency and a positive attitude.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Prepare tables before service and ensure proper table setup and clearance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food order pickup and service.
• Attend to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain polite communication, professional body language, and teamwork.
• Ensure quick and efficient table clearance during service hours.
• Maintain restaurant hygiene, cleanliness, and overall service area standards.
• Support opening and closing operations, including front-of-house and basic operational setup.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain restaurant service standards at all times.
