Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets
• Generate leads and acquire new customers for sand blast hoses and rubber products
• Conduct client meetings and field visits for product promotion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and distributors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with customers for inquiries and commercial discussions
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients
• Represent the company professionally in the market

Note

This is a pure sales profile. Separate teams are available for pre-sales and post-sales operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales attitude and client-handling capability
• Basic technical understanding of industrial/mechanical products preferred
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Polytechnic / Technical background candidates may also apply
• Freshers with technical knowledge and good communication skills are welcome
